You can probably guess from the name that this guy has some sort of prominent role in Angatari. He's the guild master who never thought his secret little crafting guild would end up being the home of trolls and loud-mouthed mages.
In addition to the usual guild duties, Angatar is (supposedly) the chief gatherer and should be either mining or weed picking right now. Instead he's off posing for another victory photo in front of Luzran. Thankfully, the other guild members have picked up the slack.
He isn't a member of the Dreamland Dungeon Delvers but he enjoys following their exploits and contributing materials to their cause.
